RETAIL WEBSITE TERMS OF BUSINESS - Please read carefully
We are one of the few seed companies in the world who still grow and produce most of our own seeds. We supply many seed companies, trade customers and nurseries worldwide. We believe all seeds are correctly named. As these are sometimes open pollinated, occasional variations may occur and we cannot be held responsible other than for replacement of seeds.
We are happy to deal with commercial customers, please contact us for our Trade Terms.
Please note that customers ordering seed this year will automatically receive next year's seed catalogue plus an annual 'special offers' email which is normally sent out at the end of October.
Offers
For every item: Buy TWO packets of any one item and we will send you
a THIRD packet of this item free.
Payment For Online Orders
You may order online using a credit/debit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Delta). We do not accept Electron cards.
All payments are taken using the currency Pound Sterling (£'s).
Postage
When ordering online, postage and packing is £1.50 in all cases. There is no minimum order.
Overseas Customers
There may be problems importing seeds to your country due to certain
restrictions. Please will you check with your authorities regarding these
restrictions before placing an order. We do not assume any responsibility
if customs or similar agencies confiscate seeds, but we will deal very
sympathetically with your case to ensure your satisfaction should incidents such as this occur.
Delivery
When ordering is made online using a Credit or Debit card, your seeds
will normally be sent within ten working days to the delivery address
you supply. We regret that no orders will be sent out until payment has
been received.
Replacements and Refunds
In the unlikely event that our seeds fail to please you, we are happy
to replace them with the same or similar seeds according to your requirements.
Should you wish to return goods, please ensure your seeds are sent to
us by recorded delivery with a detailed letter of explanation. You will
then be given a full refund.
Substitutes
Although we will try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible, we
may occasionally run out of some items. We believe we have a generous
substitute policy and we will send you the TWO items nearest
to your original choice as a substitute for the ONE item we have sold out of, regardless
of the cost.
Data Protection
Your personal information is confidential to us and will not be passed
on to any third parties.
