NASTURTIUM MAJUS 'FIREBIRD'
An eye-catching trailing Nasturtium, this one is superb for hanging baskets where it will create vigorous cascades of fiery blooms above unusual variegated foliage. It is perfect in baskets, window boxes and containers, and will create a firestorm on your patio all summer long! The edible flowers are also perfect added to salads for a peppery kick.
For best results, seeds are sown directly into the ground where required in the spring. Alternatively, sow in late winter/early spring in gentle warmth, 15-20 degrees C. Prick out into small 3 inch or 7 cm. pots and plant in final position when the plants are established.
