This gorgeous , early Lamuyo-type-fruiting green pepper, quickly turns to shiny red, with an impressive fruit length of around 15 – 18 cm and average weight of approximately 400 gms. Specially bred for growing in open field conditions as well as greenhouses in summer, it has a high yield potential and is easy to pick thanks to the long petiole. Finally it has a high tolerance to heat, sun scald, skin cracking and blossom end rot.
Surface-sow or barely cover the seeds indoors, and keep warm and moist. When sprouts appear move them to a sunny window. Set out well-developed transplants after last frost date when weather is warm. Peppers need rich moist soil and warm sunny conditions to flourish. Best sown in early spring.
