Allium Amplectens 'Graceful Beauty'

‘Graceful Beauty’ lives up to its name with rounded heads of crisp white, six-pointed flowers, each highlighted by lavender stamens and dark purple anthers. The globes, carried on neat stems above slender strap-like leaves, have a clean, starry quality that makes this compact allium especially useful at the front of borders, in gravel gardens and in containers. Blooming in late spring, it bridges the gap between early bulbs and summer perennials, draws pollinating insects and leaves attractive dry seed heads. Its refined colouring combines easily with almost any planting scheme.
