Anthericum Liliago Pyrenees

St Bernard's lily is an elegant European perennial that forms a clump of narrow, arching leaves before lifting loose racemes of luminous white, star-shaped flowers in late spring and early summer. Each bloom carries six slender tepals around conspicuous golden anthers, creating a light, sparkling effect above the foliage. This Pyrenean seed strain should retain the natural vigour and clean form of mountain populations. Traditionally associated with alpine meadows and sunny woodland margins, it is refined enough for a rock garden yet substantial enough for a border, where it mixes beautifully with grasses and low perennials.
