Armeria 'Brutus'

Armeria ‘Brutus’ is a compact evergreen thrift valued for bold, deep rose flower heads held on strong stems above neat cushions of narrow green leaves. The rounded blooms appear from spring into summer and stand up well to wind, making this a useful choice for coastal gardens, rockeries, edging and containers. Its rich colouring gives more impact than the softer pink of common thrift, while the low foliage remains tidy throughout the year. Tough, drought tolerant and pollinator friendly, it thrives in sun and sharply drained soil. Seed-raised plants may show some variation in shade and flower size.
