Aubergine Violet Knight F1

Aubergine Violet Knight F1 is an early, compact hybrid producing heavy crops of elegant elongated fruits with a rich violet-purple colour and a high-gloss finish. Harvested while the skin is still bright and shiny, the fruits have smooth, creamy flesh and a mild, non-bitter flavour for grilling, roasting, curries and Mediterranean dishes. Plants reach about 60cm and are well suited to large containers, sheltered beds or a greenhouse, where warmth supports the most dependable yield. It is a rewarding choice for keen home growers.
