Diplarrhena Latifolia

From southeast Australia comes the sweetly scented "Butterfly Flag". Delicate purple-yellow shaded, three-petalled, orchid-like flowers open in long in succession throughout summer, above basal clumps of thin iris-like leaves. This lovely plant will do well in a protected, well-drained bed, but will excel in a pot for winter protection.
