Gloriosa Species Mixture

This Gloriosa species mixture offers a varied collection of flame lilies, combining climbing stems, tendril-tipped leaves and extraordinary flowers with strongly reflexed, wavy petals. Seedlings may bloom in scarlet, orange, yellow, cream or bicoloured forms, with differences in height, petal width and marking depending on their parentage. The exposed stamens and swept-back petals create one of the most dramatic silhouettes among tropical bulbs. All plants require warmth, support and a dry dormant season, and every part contains powerful toxins, so careful handling is essential.
