Hieracium Seeds (6 varieties)
ViewHieracium pilosum is a hairy hawkweed forming a basal rosette of green, softly clothed leaves and upright stems bearing yellow, dandelion-like flower heads in summer. The open branching display has a light wildflower character and is useful in gravel gardens, sunny banks and naturalistic planting, where the flowers provide pollen and nectar for small insects. Like many hawkweeds it is adapted to lean, free-draining ground and may seed itself into open gaps. Its restrained size and textured foliage make it suitable for informal collections of European meadow and mountain plants.
