Linum Seeds (5 varieties)
ViewLinum monogynum, known as rauhuia or New Zealand linen flax, is a compact evergreen or semi-evergreen perennial with slender grey-green leaves and branching stems. Through spring and summer it produces clear white, five-petalled flowers, sometimes faintly washed with blue, above the fine foliage. Endemic to New Zealand, it is adapted to cliffs and exposed coastal places where salt-laden wind and lean soil limit competition. Despite its common name it is unrelated to Phormium, the better-known New Zealand flax, and instead is a true relative of cultivated linen flax.
