Penstemon Procerus Tolmiei

Many tight trusses of bright, purple-blue tubular flowers, which are much loved by bees and butterflies, open like drumsticks on a compact shrubby clump, which becomes shrub-like in a protected well-drained position. If pruned back in early spring it will delight for years to come.
