Pepper Ghost Yaki Orange

Pepper Ghost Yaki Orange is a rare superhot Capsicum chinense associated with Ghost and Yaki breeding lines, producing wrinkled pods that mature to a vivid orange. Its heat is best treated as approximately 800,000–1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units, with individual fruits varying according to genetics and growing conditions. Beneath the fierce, lingering burn is a fruity, citrus-like aroma suited to tiny additions in hot sauces and powders. Handle fruits and seeds with great care. It is a rewarding choice for keen home growers. (HOT)
