Pepper Moruga Blackjack

Wow! Rare and seldom offered, one of the world's most explosive and fiery peppers, Moruga Blackjack peppers can reach scorching Scoville Heat Units (SHU) that exceed 2,000,000, (two million!) making them a scorching force to be reckoned with. Despite their intense heat, they also boast a rich and complex flavour profile, featuring fruity and floral notes that add depth to their fiery nature. A truly amazing looking pepper, our picture doesn't properly illustrate it, but it almost glows like smouldering coals! The pods finally ripen to a dark, glossy, reddish brown, further accentuated by the brooding black foliage. A beautiful, desirable, and exciting plant all round.
