Pepper Scotch Brain

Pepper Scotch Brain is a dramatic superhot cross combining the tropical fruit character of a Scotch Bonnet with the deeply folded form and extreme heat of a 7 Pot Brain Strain. Pods commonly ripen yellow to orange and are estimated at approximately 500,000–1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units, although this relatively young breeding line can vary in shape, colour and pungency. It is highly productive in sustained greenhouse warmth and makes fiercely aromatic sauces and powders. Handle with gloves. (HOT)
