Salvia Viridis Marble Arch Rose

'Marble Arch Rose' is a compact annual clary grown chiefly for the broad rose-pink bracts that surround its tiny true flowers. Darker veins and green-tipped details give each upright spike a crisp, painted appearance from early summer into autumn. The bracts retain colour well when cut and dried, while fresh stems add structure to borders and bouquets. Easy, drought tolerant once established and attractive to bees, this Mediterranean annual performs best in full sun and lean, freely drained soil.
