Tomato Black Moon

Tomato Black Moon is a striking dark-fruited cherry-plum tomato, producing elongated trusses of glossy fruits that ripen from red to deep mahogany and near-black tones. The attractive tomatoes combine sweetness with a savoury depth and firm texture, so they hold well in salads, lunch boxes and cooked dishes. Vigorous indeterminate plants can reach around 2m and reward training under glass or in a warm outdoor position, with regular picking keeping the trusses productive. It is a rewarding choice for keen home growers. (Cordon)
