Tomato Majorcan Wagonwheel

Discovered by us on a local speciality market in Alcudia in Majorca, slices of these big juicy tomatoes resemble the spokes of a wagon wheel when cut. They are an excellent salad variety, being quite firm and perfect for sandwiches, and are always a big favourite on the local market stalls of the Balearic islands. (Cordon)
