Tomato Snowberry

This lovely pale-skinned fruit is an excellent cropper, making a brilliant contrast with dark-fruited tomatoes in a salad. It has a delightfully intense, sweet and fruity taste with just a tiny amount of acid to keep it from being bland, so it is very refreshing.
