Tomato Yellow Stuffer

These unusual tomatoes physically resemble sweet yellow bell peppers, and can actually be put to similar culinary uses! The walls are thick with three or four large cavities, and so can be emptied out, or even left as normal, as the shell holds its shape when baked or used with various stuffing mixes.
