We are one of the few seed companies in the world who still grow and produce many of our own seeds. We supply numerous seed companies, trade customers and nurseries worldwide. We believe all seeds are correctly named. We also have numerous suppliers worldwide, and we rely on them to provide us with accurate details of all seeds we obtain from them. As these are sometimes open pollinated, occasional variations may occur and we cannot be held responsible other than for replacement of seeds.

Very rarely mistakes can happen. In this event we always strive to be as understanding and generous as possible. However, we regret that our liability is limited to the replacement of the seeds or refund of the cost of the seeds at the customer's discretion.

Heirloom and Heritage Vegetable seeds are strictly for private use and not for commercial food production. Any subsequent use is beyond our control. By their very nature you may get the occasional variant plant.

Communication and Data Processing

Your personal information is confidential to us and will not be passed on to any third parties. We do not store or hold any payment related information - this is processed by our trusted payment providers, SagePay and PayPal. If we encounter issues processing your order, we may contact you using your provided email address. Customers ordering seed this year will automatically receive an annual 'special offers' email which is normally sent out mid-November. There is a simple facility to unsubscribe from receiving these emails if they no longer interest you.

Offers and Promotions

  • For every item: Buy TWO packets of any one item and we will send you a THIRD packet of this item free.
  • Free shipping for all UK orders with a total item value of £25 or more, calculated after any other applied discount or promotions.
  • Discount codes and promotions. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw any advertised discounts or promotions at any time up to the point of purchase.
  • Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed via the retail website. Promotional discounts only apply to the cost of goods and not to the price of shipping. To utilise a promotion, the code must be applied via the 'view cart' screen, before you check out. Only one promotion code can be used at a time, but will stack with other promotions such as 3 for 2 offer.


You may order online using a credit/debit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Amex) or via PayPal. All payments are taken using the currency Pound Sterling (£'s). We attempt to use accurate exchange rates for USD and Euro values, but please note that the actual exchange rate your bank charges you may vary from what we display.

Refund policy and Cancellation policy

Cancellations and refund applications can be made by UK customers within 14 days of dispatch of your order. If you are unhappy with the items you receive you are entitled to a full refund of the order minus shipping costs, provided the full order is returned to us within 14 days. You should also contact orders@plant-world-seeds.com to notify us that the order is being returned for a refund stating your order number. Refund applications or orders returned once the 14 day period has expired will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

For international orders (non UK) we will only offer refunds for orders where it is clear that Plant World Seeds are proven to be at fault. This does not include failure by the customer to abide by import regulations in their country/region. This is outlined in our terms and conditions which all customers must confirm they agree with during checkout. For international orders which are returned to us, either by the customer or any relevant import authority we will attempt to resend your order when reasonable to do so. If you would prefer to receive a refund, when Plant World Seeds is not at fault for failed delivery of your order, there will be a 30% restocking fee deducted from the order value. Out of stock items

In the unlikely event of one of your seed purchases going out of stock between you ordering and the order being prepared, or there being insufficient stock if you have ordered multiple packets, then we will make a refund of the missing items' cost. Please allow 7 working days from the date of your order being dispatched for any refunds to be applied.
