Campanula Persicifolia Alba
In stock
Description
Upright slender spikes of large, white, nodding, papery, bell-shaped flowers open from June to August over a low mound of foliage. They are impressive in the border and also perfect for cutting for the house. This is the white form of this classic border plant which grows well in most soil types whether in full sun or partial shade.
Sowing Advice
Sow immediately at any time onto preferably a soil-based compost, covering with fine grit to approximately their own depth. Germination MAY be quicker if kept at 15 to 20 degrees C. but many seeds WILL NOT come up the year they are sown, needing winter chilling after sowing, and ONLY come up with natural spring germination.
