Nepeta Mussinii
In stock
Description
With grey-green foliage and long-lasting spikes of blue-violet flowers, Catmint is perfect for groundcover, rockeries or edging for paths. It requires little care and is almost pest and disease free. Very hardy and an early bloomer, it has an enduring popularity in British gardens. Cats go mad for this aromatic hardy perennial so beware if you own a cat and you don't want your plants sat on!
Sowing Advice
Sow immediately at any time onto preferably a soil-based compost, covering with fine grit to approximately their own depth. Germination MAY be quicker if kept at 15 to 20 degrees C. but many seeds WILL NOT come up the year they are sown, needing winter chilling after sowing, and ONLY come up with natural spring germination.
