Erodium Pelargoniflorum
In stock
Description
This gorgeous and valuable plant produces violet-veined white flowers above fragrant crinkly leaves over an incredibly long period, from the end of winter until midsummer and spasmodically thereafter. It is much admired in our gardens and is bone hardy, although its exotic appearance does not give this impression. (Syn. or very close to Erodium trifolium).
Sowing Advice
Sow immediately at any time onto preferably a soil-based compost, covering with fine grit to approximately their own depth. Germination MAY be quicker if kept at 15 to 20 degrees C. but many seeds WILL NOT come up the year they are sown, needing winter chilling after sowing, and ONLY come up with natural spring germination.
