In our gardens at Plant World we grow the lovely old-fashioned primrose 'Garryarde Guinevere' which carries bright pink flowers above deep purple leaves. Our busy bees carried pollen from these old plants, which are themselves sterile and produce no seed, to a bed of our yellow 'Devon primrose' or Primula vulgaris.
